⋅How long is the warranty for our product?

→All our lighting comes with 6 months warranty or up to 1 year warranty for selected design (etc; safety-marked)
→Warranty does not include on-site.

⋅Is there a charges for delivery?

→Yes. For customer purchases of below $500 and you need it to be deliver, there will be a delivery fee of $20-30 depend on location.
→Free delivery for minimum purchases of $500.
→We apologise that we do not do international delivery at the moment.

⋅Do our product price include installation services?

→Sorry, our price does not include installation services. Currently we do not have in-houseinstaller, but fear not as we can recommend you external contractor that does installation. The charges are as below written.
→Installation of Light: 1st light $40, subsequently $10 each. Price for crystal chandelier may vary.
→Installation of Fan: $50 each.

Free delivery is only applicable within Singapore mainland from Monday to Friday, No delivery during the weekends ( Saturday , Sunday / Public Holiday )

In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and /or timeslot due to reasons such as lack of stock from suppliers or scheduling difficulties, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Changing of Delivery Dates

Changes in delivery date should be made via to ieclighting@hotmail.com / contact us at least 48hours before the stipulated delivery timing. Please provide your order invoice number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent to you.

Changing of Items

Any changes to items in the order should be done via email to ieclighting@hotmail.com within 72 hours after placing a order. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Orders of customised items cannot be changed once they are confirmed.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders should be done via email towithin 5 working days before delivery. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Cancellation is not allowed for customised items after confirmation of order.

However, many of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer to you. We go out of our way to ship as quickly as possible and will make every attempt to cancel your order. We will need to confirm with the individual manufacturer that your order has not been shipped. Once we have confirmation that the order has been cancelled, we will credit your credit card.

If we are not able to cancel your order due to late cancellation and it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in cancellation fees being assessed and levied. Please consult Sims Lighting via email or telephone 65691686 for a alternative solution, eg. exchange another suitable items according to exchange program.

Warranty

Our lighting comes with 12 months’ warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to
with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and the date of your purchase.
We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for an identical one, or a similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability.

Sims Lighting Gallery reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.

Our LED lighting normally comes with manufacturer’s warranty of 24 months on manufacturing defects(not including wear and tear or misuse).

Warranties do not cover wrongly assembled products that are assembled by you, the customer.

Original invoice / purchase is required to be presented to us when requesting warranty service. Failing which the company reserves the right to decline any warranty claims.

For repairs of appliance(s) after the warranty period, the customer is still required to produce the original invoice / purchase. A standard rate will be chargeable for all services and parts provided which is determined by Sims Lighting Gallery

This warranty shall be subjected to the following limitations and exclusions:
* Malfunctions, losses, defects, or damages resulting from acts of god, fore, civil unrest and or accidents
* Usage of wrong electrical supply / voltage
* Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting, or stains
* Defects, malfunctions or failures which were caused by improper installation, external mechanical, physical, electrical, water or other abuses unauthorized repairs, mishandling and any alteration or modification made.
* Obstruction caused to access electrical parts / product

On-site charges apply for every service call as follows:
